State police have released the three officers’ names who fired their weapons during a Sunday night shootout in Fulton.

According to a report, the three officers were from different police departments, but each of them fired their weapons when Fulton resident Keith Dildine began shooting at them after a 90-minute standoff at the the Royal Ridge apartment complex. After Dildine was shot, he reportedly surrendered without incident.

Veteran Trooper Mark D. Franklin was identified as one of the three officers who shot Dildine. Franklin works in Fulton County. Fulton Patrolman Douglass Love, and South Fulton patrolman Jason Pearcey also fired their weapons.

Dildine was hit several times according to the state police report. The investigation into the incident involves finding out which of the three officers hit Dildine.

Dildine is at the Regional Medical Center in Memphis, where he remains in critical condition. He faces two counts of criminal attempt of murder on a police officer, according to state police.
