“We’re excited to announce this year’s co-beneficiary, the Henry County Healthcare Foundation’s Caring Hearts Fund,” said Ray. “The DPA is proud to partner with this energetic group which assists cancer patients in Henry County who receive treatment at either the Cancer Care Center of Henry County or Henry County Medical Center (HCMC).”
Booth partners are invited to promote their businesses and organizations. “If you want to reach a lot of people while helping those in need, this event is for you,” said Ray. Booth awards include Best Ice Cream, Best Theme and Best of Show.
Ray also reminded car enthusiasts to be polishing their bumpers for the Antique Car Show portion of the event. Their $10 entry fee includes a free bracelet for all-you-can-eat ice cream. A People’s Choice trophy will be awarded to the automobile with the most votes.
Admission to the event is a donation of $10 for adults and $5 for kids 12-and-under. Tickets are available at FirstBank and at other participating booth partners, and will also be available on the day of the event.
