Sandra Kay Phelps Watson, 63, West Paducah, passed away on Monday, 9:59 p.m., at lourdes hospital. Sandra was a 37 year employee of Ingram Barge Company where she retired as the Human Resources Administrator. She was a graduate of fugazzi Business College in Lexington and was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary to the Veterans of Foreign War. She was of the Baptist faith. She is survived by her parents Davi9d m. Phelps and Goldie Stipp Phelps of Lexington, KY; one sister, Linda Hamm of Nicholasville, KY; one aunt; one niece; two nephews and two great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Franklin Watson. Memorial Services and burial for Sandra were at Brooks Memorial Park Cemetary with Randy Hines officating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Grahamville Emergency Response Team, 9765 US HWY 60 W, West Paducah, KY 42086. Pettus-Rowland Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
