Vivian Anne Puckett, 80, of Kevil passed away on Thursday at her home. Mrs. Puckett was born in Harvey, IL. She was a chef and former owner and operator of Villa Roma Restaurant in Mayfield. She spent many years farming with her family and was active in the Coalition for Health Concerns. Mrs. Puckett is survived by her children Patty Gatlin of Kevil, Ginger Webster and husband Richard of Atlanta, GA, Curry Teckenbrock and husband Reed of Austin, TX, Randy Puckett and wife Sheryl of Kevil, and Ronnie Puckett and wife Sandy of Barlow; one sister Charlotte Scott of Phoenix, AZ; one brother, Todd Tanis of Blandon, PA; fifteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Alfred Blake Puckett; her parents Ira and Anna Giovanni Tanis; one brother Michael Tanis; and a son-in-law Don Gatlin. A Memorial Visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Sunday at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
