Jerry Scott Unsell

 Jerry Scott Unsell  Jerry Scott Unsell, 93, of Bardwell, KY passed away at 5:13am on Thursday, April 30, 2015 at Baptist Health of Paducah. He was born in Bardwell, KY on July 21, 1921 to the late William Eufrateese Unsell and Grace Pearl Unsell. Jerry was a retired butcher, an ex. Carlisle County Sheriff, a United States Army WWII Veteran, and a member at the Bardwell Church of Christ.  Survivors include three grandchildren, Scott Unsell and wife Samantha of Bardwell, KY, Deidra Unsell and fiancé Guy Cockrun of Bardwell, Ky, and Kayla Hounsel and husband Nathan of Paducah, KY; and two great grandchildren, Dade Hounsel, and Ethan Unsell.  Preceding him in death was his wife, Jettie B. Strong Unsell; his parents; one son, Darrell Unsell; and one brother, Lawrence Adolph Unsell.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Sunday, May 3, 2015 at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Bardwell with Paul Wingfield officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn cemetery.
