Mr. Duane Allen Rushing, 35 of Murray, KY died Saturday, June 9, 2012 at his home.

Mr. Rushing was born in Paducah, KY on January 12, 1977; he was an Army veteran.

Mr. Rushing was preceded in death by one sister, Jennifer Burnham; grandmother, Shirley Rushing; grandfather, Raymond Bynum; and great grandparents, Charlie and Nellie Rushing.

Mr. Rushing is survived by his mother, Roberta Davenport of Lawrenceburg, TN and his father Keith Yates of Alaska; two daughters, Summer Rushing of Murray, KY and Madie Rushing of LaVergne, TN; one son, Brayden Rushing of LaVergne ,TN; one sister, Crystal McCuiston and husband Billy of New Concord, KY; three brothers, David Rushing and wife Holly of Murray, KY, Jimmy Bynum, Jr. and fiancé Ashley Hargrove of New Concord, KY and Bucky Bynum and special friend Angela Pannunzio of Murray, KY; grandparents, Robert and Linda Rushing of Metropolis, IL; grandmother, Kathryn Bynum of Murray, KY; uncle and aunt, Craig and Brenda Rushing of Belknap, IL, uncle and aunt, Larry and Kim Lunsford of Metropolis, IL and a aunt, Lou Ann Urness of Racine, WI.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 12, 2012 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home. There will be no public service held.
