Mrs. Frances E. Walker, age 76, of Murray, KYdied at 11:35am Sunday at Murray-Calloway Co. Hospital. She was born August 17,1935 in Calloway Co.to the late Charles & Florence (Williams) Rains. Her brother James Rains also preceded her in death. She was a member of Russell Chapel United MethodistChurch, and retired from Wal-Mart with 40yrs of service. Mrs. Walker is survived by her husband; J.P. Walker to whom she was married Nov. 7,1952, one daughter; Sheila Kirks (Wade), of Murray, KY, one son; Steve Walker, of Murray, KY, two brothers;Charlie Rains, of Murray, KY and Robert Rains, of Panama City, FL and two grandchildren; Jeff Kirks and Shelley Kirks. Funeral services will be held at11:00am Wednesday at BLALOCK-COLEMAN & YORK FUNERAL HOME, with Rev. Derrick Williams and Rev. Bob Saywell officiating. Burial will follow in Old Salem Cemetery.
