Dorothy Jean Tharp Stacy, age 89, of Bardwell, passed away at Clinton/Hickman ICF Nursing Home on Monday, March 26, 2018.
She was a member of Bardwell Baptist Church.
She is survived by her sons, Michael Boyd Stacy and wife, Dawn, of Kevil and Steven B. Stacy and wife, Brandi, of Clinton; three grandchildren, Steven Foster Stacy, Gannon Lewis Stacy, and Michael “Bo” Stacy; two great grandchildren, Khole and Piper Stacy.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Boyd Foster Stacy; her parents, Hearve and Elizabeth Thomas Tharp; four sisters and one brother.
Services will be held at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Bardwell at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 30, 2018 with Rev. Cory Holt officiating. Burial will follow in Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
