John William Roth II, 75, of Arlington, KY passed away at 11:17pm Thursday April 2, 2015 at Countryside Center in Bardwell, KY. John was born October 5, 1993 in Chicago, IL. He was a Carpenter and of the Catholic faith.
Survivors include one daughter, Patricia Ann Parks of Gardner, IL; one sister, Alison Ward of Columbus, Ohio; ten grandchildren, and eleven great grandchildren.
Preceding him in death was his wife, Linda Tuck Roth; parents, John William Roth I and Susan Barnes Roth; two daughters, Theresa Susan Roth, and Michele Emily Cobb; and two sisters.
A private Family memorial service will be held at a later date. Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Bardwell is in charge of arrangements.
