Margaret Iris Hodges Tibbs, 88, of Cunningham, KY passed away at 6:10 pm Thursday, December 17, 2015 at Lourdes Hospital. She was born January 8, 1927 in Cairo, Il. Margaret was an inspector for Burkhart Mfg. and was a member of Morris Valley Baptist Church.
Survivors include, one sister, Rev. Wilma Hodges-Williams of Cario, Il., one brother, Robert S. Hodges of Cairo, IL., four grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Henry Charles Tibbs; parents, Liston Hodges and Jennie Crippen Hodges; two sons, Robert A. Tibbs and Charles A. Tibbs; two brothers, and two sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Monday, December 21, 2015 at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Bardwell. Rev. Brent Lee will officate. Burial will follow at the Old Bardwell Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 11:00 am Monday, December 21, 2015 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Bardwell .
