Ramona Allen, 85, of Martin, TN, formerly of Bardwell, KY, passed away on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at 8:15 pm at Weakly County Nursing Home.
Ramona was of the Baptist Faith and a member of the First Baptist Church of Martin. She was also a member of the CPA Society. She was born to Roy and Mildred Wright Boswell on December 21, 1932 in Bardwell, KY.
She is survived by one son, Robert (Beth) Allen of Oxford, MS; three daughters, Belinda (Woody) Pearce of Waveland, MS, Marsha Higgs of Martin, TN, Lisa (Mark) Jaschke of Cedar Hill, MO; seven grandchildren, Kristie, Jessica, Todd, Kimberly, Heather, Katie, Karen; and 13 great-grandchildren
She is preceded in death by her husband, Billie Todd Allen, her parents, one granddaughter, Allison Higgs , and one son-in-law, Mike Higgs.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at 12:00 pm at First Baptist Church of Bardwell with Dr. Robert Allen and Rev. Todd Higgs officiating. Burial will follow the service at Old Bardwell Cemetery. Visitation will take place at the church from 10:00 am until the time of service.
