Greta Sue Lucas Estes, 69, of Gilbertsville. KY passed away ever-so
peacefully at Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice, Mercy Health, Lourdes
in Paducah, Kentucky. Sue was born on January 9, 1951 to the late
William 'Bill' and Bobbie Jean Thomas Lucas of Letcher County KY.
A business owner, Sue operated 'As You Like It' Home Cleaning
Service and was business partner to Party Gras Karaoke & D.J.
Service & The Senior Class Party with her husband. A loving wife,
mother, sister, grandmother & great grandmother, Sue loved all her
continually expanding family with special emphasis lately on her
great grandchildren. She was an operator in an international inter-
net chat-room forum, 'World Chat', for years, enjoying conversations
with the different peoples of nations covering the entire Earth. Sue
was a strong player of card games, board games, Yahtzee and Bingo,
Sue also loved many genre' of music and a big fan of music when
performed live. Sue loved her home and knew the business end of
running the household. She loved tending to it, constantly making
tasty changes to the interior and exterior. She liked to travel to inter-
esting destinations, especially those with beautiful beaches. Sue, a
Christian, loved the message of Christ in select music that lifted the
name of Jesus she was an Elvis Presley fan, especially all his gospel
songs albums.
There aren't words that will count or describe the ways she'll be mis-
sed. She knew at an early age, being true to herself in each aspect
of life, that, that would bless her, honestly revealing her as a doer
and speaker to truth. Sue was that "What you see is what you get"
person: Simply said, The Real Deal.

Gilbertsville. KY, Daughters, Robin McNeil - Nashville, TN, Pam (Mike)
Stanger - Gilbertsville, KY. Grandchildren, Tristina (Tom) Brockway,
Alexis McNeil, James McNeil and Abigail Stanger. Great-grandchild-
ren, Kyland, Constance. Valkyrie, Wylde. Sister, Lisa Hamilton -
Detroit, MI. Step-daughters, Rhiannon Perilloux - Paducah, KY, Elysia
(Jim) Meyer - Fishers, IN, Step sons, Rob (Trish) Estes - Paducah, KY,
Samuel Estes - Anna, IL, Step grandchildren, Katie, Caleb, Cooper,
Crosby, Peacelynn, Harmony, Isabella, Lilyana, Alyvia, Amelia. Step
great grandchildren, Dean Sue was preceded in death by her parents,
Sister, Shirley Klein, Step son, Joshua Estes
Greta Sue's entire family wish our sincere expressions of thanks and
gratitude to Marshall County Ambulance Service & Dr. Duley & Emer-
gency staff members, Mercy Health, Lourdes in Paducah.
Also our most sincere thanks to Dr. James H. Long & his entire staff for
their compassionate professionalism, courtesies and the kind, gentle-
ness afforded our wonderful family matriarch Sue during her stay at
Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice, Mercy Health, Lourdes in Paducah. We
have great appreciation and thanks to extend to the the staff, manage-
ment & ownership of Collier Funeral Home of Benton, KY. Over our
years of similar 'hard time' family circumstances we've all agreed, the
dignities, courtesies and professionalism has been unmatched.
PLEASE NOTE: We're presenting a Mobile Visitation at 12:00 Nn. 'til
2:00pm at Southland Baptist Temple • 927 Yarbro Lane • Paducah, KY
Everyone wishing to pay tribute to this beautiful person, is welcome &
we all know Sue would be honored.
It will be mandatory THAT WE ALL stay in compliance with all Kentucky
State guidelines: At least 6 feet social distancing • No grouping over 10.
Again These are the mandatory guidelines; respectfully asking all to visit
and honor Sue with dignity respecting the parameters we've been gift-
ed to meet and operate within.
