Mattie Lou (Ross) Kaufman, 67, of Murray, KY, passed away at 1:13 PM on Monday, December 25, 2017 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN.
Mrs. Kaufman was a homemaker, member of Betheney Baptist Church in Farmington, KY, a lifetime member of the VFW of Paducah.
She is survived by one daughter, Melissa Patterson Dillon of Martin, TN; step-son, Richie Morris of FL.; life partner, Leonard Morris of Murray, KY; two brothers, Eddie Lee Ross of Grand Rivers, Billy Ray Ross of Mayfield; one sister, Mary Hale of Harrisburg, IL; four grandchildren, Marissa Huckabee, Katelyn Dillon, Sydney Patterson, Kyle Bouland; 7 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald David Kaufman; son, Eddie Dean Patterson, Jr.; parents, Haze Ree Ross and Katie Coreen (Stone) Ross; two brothers, Roy Lynn Marshall and Edward Stone; one sister, Dorthey Ross.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, December 30, 2017 at Hughes Funeral Home of Paducah with Terry McIntosh officiating. Burial will follow at Farmington Cemetery in Farmington, KY.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to service time on Saturday at the funeral home.
