Nellie Mae Williams, age 79 of Paducah, passed away on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at 5:56 p.m. at the Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah.
She was of the Baptist faith. She was a short order cook working at various restaurants.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Schula Brown and Nell Williams Brown and one sister.
She is survived by One Daughter; Christine Smith of Paducah, Five Sons; Robert James Brown of Lexington, MS, Ned Brown and Claude Brown both of Paducah; Bilbo Brown of Houston, TX and Willie Lee Brown, Detroit, MI; Twenty Five Grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; Two Sisters; Lula Brown of Paducah and Catherine Brown of Jackson, MS; Three Brothers; Willie Williams of Durant, MS, Wilbert Lee Williams of Chicago, IL and Wilbert Earl Williams of Duluth, MS, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, November 24, 2019, 3:00 p.m. at Pettus Rowland Funeral Home with Mark Rowe officiating. Burial will follow on Monday, November 25, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Oak Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call on Sunday at the funeral home from 1:00 p.m. until the funeral hour.
