Pamela Lorene Byrd, 89, of Paducah passed away at 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the Calvert City Convalescent Center.

Mrs. Byrd was a member of Bellview Baptist Church. She was a cafeteria worker for HendronLone Oak Elementary and retired from the Western Baptist Hospital Cafeteria.

She is survived by her children Mary Ann Casey of Paducah, Peggy Jean Harper of Paducah, and Bobby S. Byrd of Paducah; two brothers Amos Winfield of Cadiz, and Billy Winfield of Evansville, IN; eight grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and thirteen great great grandchildren.

Mrs. Byrd was preceded in death by her husband Charlie Nelson Byrd; and two brothers. Her parents were John E. and Mary L. Taylor Winfield.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. E. Lee James and Rev. Mike Nolen officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
