Perry Duane Adams

Mr. Perry Duane Adams, 61, of Kirksey, KY died at 12:06 pm Friday at Murray-Calloway Co. Hospital.  He was born November 28, 1951 in Murray, KY to the late Ken and Carolyn (Harrison) Adams. He was also preceded by one son; Joshua Adams and a brother; Kenny Adams.
 
He was a member of Hardin Baptist Church where he was actively involved in seven Brazil Mission Trips, was employed at Vanderbilt Cemical Co. and was a member of The Oil, Atomic & Chemical Union. He attended Union University in Jackson, TN where he played baseball. 

Mr. Adams is survived by his wife; Kathy (Lockhart) Adams to whom he was married August 30,1990, daughter; Ali Adams, of Murray, KY, sons' Jason Adams, Murray, KY, Ryan Domescik (Ashley), of Clarksville, TN, and Alex Adams, of Murray, KY, sister; Donna Matthews (Greg), of Cadiz, KY, brothers; Mac Adams (Rita), of Harrisburg, NC and Allan Adams (Susan), Manchester, TN, three grandchildren; Julian Adams, Jaydn Adams and Khloe Domescik, and his brother in law; Larry Lockhart (Myra), of Houston, TX.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00am Wednesday at Hardin Baptist Church with Rev. Ricky Cunningham officiating. Burial will follow in Antioch Church Cemetery. Friends may visit from 4:00pm until 8:00pm Tuesday at BLALOCK-COLEMAN & YORK FUNERAL HOME, and after 8:00am Wednesday at Hardin Baptist Church.
