Teresa Tinsley Ballew, 64, of Symsonia, passed away in the early morning, on Thursday, October 17, 2019 at Baptist Health Paducah.
Teresa was an accountant at Walker and Associates in Lone Oak and a member of Temple Israel.
She loved her grandchildren who affectionately referred to her as Nana, and was known for her devotion to her family, friends, work and her willingness to help anyone.
She is survived by her daughter, Sarah Ballew Houston, and husband, Tim of Symsonia; three sons, James McCrady of Symsonia, Joshua “Adam” Ballew and wife, Dena of Boca Raton, FL, Jacob “Ellis” Ballew of Sunny Isles, FL; two brothers, Brad Tinsley and wife, Cheryl of Corbin, KY, Stan Tinsley and wife, Patty of Jackson, TN and her nine grandchildren, Aaron, Gavi, Tillie, Maggie, Ariella, Wyatt, Emma, Daniella, Noah; and her best friend, Michael Ballew.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jim Tinsley and Doris Hays Tinsley.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, October 18, 2019 at Temple Israel Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am until 12:30 pm on Friday October 18, 2019 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
