William Ray Brittain, 59, of Almo died Thursday, April 30, 2015, at his home.
Mr. Brittain was born on September 10, 1955 in Murray, KY. He was a member of the Hardin Baptist Church and was a self employed painter.
He was preceded in death by his father, William Harold Brittain; a brother, James Brittan and a sister, Lori Brittain.
He is survived by his spouse, Marcia Brittain of Almo; his mother, Wilma Willoughby Liska of Rockford, IL; a son, Michael Brittain, spouse, Rebecka of Dexter; a brother, Tommy Brittain, wife, Diana of Mayfield; two sisters, Tina Andrews, husband Al of Rockford, IL, Carol Wilson of Mayfield; two grandchildren, Shelby Brittain and Taryn Brittain; three step-grandchildren, Morgan Scott, Samantha Scott, Shelby Scott; a step-great grandchild, Parker Imus and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services are set for Monday, May 4, 2015 at 1 PM at the Imes Funeral Home & Crematory, downtown Murray. Burial will follow at Murray Memorial Gardens. Ricky Cunningham and Harry Elkins will officiate.
The family will receive visitors Sunday, May 3, 2015 from 5-8 PM at the funeral home.
