Debra Lynn Boyce

Ms. Debra Lynn Harper Boyce, age 61 of Water Valley passed away 9 AM, Sunday, April 30, 2017 at her residence.  She attended Bayou de Chien Presbyterian Church and a former Operator at South Western Bell.  She is survived by her 3 Children; Sarah Delaney Boyce, Bixby, OK, Clayton Boyce of Tulsa, OK and Jennifer Salter of Tulsa, OK; Father, James Harper, Sr of Clinton; 5 Grandchildren, Danny Ray Boyce, Harper Boyce, Nicole Lynn Boyce, Xander Salter and Daphne Salter all of Tulsa, OK; 2 Sisters, Ann Rutherford of Water Valley and Kim Poffenberger of Clinton.  She is preceded in death by her mother, Billie Monette Neely Harper and Brother, James “Eddie” Harper, Jr.  Funeral Services will be held 1 PM Friday, May 5, 2017 at the Brown Funeral Home in Clinton with Rev.
