Evelyn Marie Balluff

Evelyn Marie Payne Balluff 78 of Clinton, passed away Friday, February 23, 2018 at her residence.  She was a member of Clinton Assembly of God and worked in special education.  She is survived by her 3 sons, Douglas Jerome Pennebaker of Clinton, Robert Christopher Pennebaker of Fayetteville, NC, and Stephen Edward Balluff of Paducah, 4 grandchildren, Kaleb Andrew Pittman of PA, Sydney Balluff of MD, and Edan and Elena Pennebaker of Clinton. She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Benjamin and Lillie Turner Payne, first husband, John R. Pennebaker, second husband, Robert Joseph Balluff, sister, Ethel Pruitt, brother, Charles Edwin Payne and an infant brother, Joseph Payne.  Funeral services will be held Sunday, February 25, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home in Clinton with the Rev. Bill Lickliter officiating.
