Martha Jane Grubbs

Mrs. Martha Jane Johnson Grubbs, age 85 of Clinton passed away 8:15 AM Thursday, March 26, 2015 at the Clinton- Hickman Co. ICF Nursing Home.  She was a member of Springhill Baptist Church and a homemaker.  She is survived by her 2 sons, Kerry and Jimmy Grubbs both of Clinton; 3 brothers, Jerry and Otis Clyde Johnson both of Arlington, KY and Bobby Johnson of Columbia, IL; 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Tommy Grubbs; Parents, Otis Purl and Lillie Mae Vance Johnson; 2 sons, Jeff and Tim Grubbs; 2 sisters, Joann Allison and Shirley Wilson.  Funeral Services will be held 2 PM Sunday, March 29, 2015 at the Brown Funeral Home in Clinton with Rev. Chris Clark and Rev. Rocky James officiating.  Burial will follow in the Springhill Cemetery.  Friends may call from 4-7 PM Saturday, March 28, 2015 at the Brown Funeral Home in Clinton.  Donations: Clinton-Hickman Co.
