Melinda Pauline Stroud

Melinda Pauline McWhorter Stroud, age 85 of Clinton passed away Sunday, October 12, 2014 at Green Acres Healthcare Facility.  She was a member of Oakton Methodist Church and worked at Garen, Inc.  She is survived by her Son, Willis Stroud of Clinton; 3 Grandchildren, Jody Stroud O'Neill of Wingo, KY, Steven Stroud of Draffenville, KY and Preston Stroud of Fulgham, KY; 7 Great Grandchildren and 6 Great Great Grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Stroud; Parents, Vestor Washington and Anna Cagle McWhorter; 1 Brother and 1 Sister.  Funeral Services will be held 1 PM Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at the R.D. Brown Funeral Home in Clinton with Rev. Charles Blair officiating.  Burial will follow in the Oakwood Cemetery.   Friends may call after 11 AM on Tuesday at the R. D.
