Robbie Jean Isbell Yates, 89 of Clinton passed away at 9:35 AM on Monday, September 18, 2017 at Clinton-Hickman Co. ICF. She was a member of Clinton First United Methodist Church, a clerk for 46 years with the Kentucky Water Service and worked as a nurse in the Martin, TN and Clinton, KY. She is survived by her son, Bobby (Diana) Yates, JR of Clinton, 2 grandchildren, Tiffany (Steve) Ray of Clinton and Darren (Leanne) Yates of Murray, 2 great-grandchildren, Damien and Landon Ray of Clinton, 3 step-great grandchildren and 3 step-great, great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Yates, SR and one sister, Dorothy Walker. Her parents were Robert and Mary Wright Isbell. Funeral services will be held Friday, September 22, 2017 at 11:00 AM at the Brown Funeral Home in Clinton with Rev. John Varden officiating. Burial will follow in the Clinton Cemetery.
