Mrs. Martha Lavina Beauvallier, 89, of Salem, KY, passed away Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at Salem Springlake Health & Rehabilitation.
Mrs. Beauvallier was born October 2, 1928 at Pitman, NJ. She was of the Methodist faith.
She is survived by one daughter, Pam Arnold (Jim) of Salem, KY; grandchildren, Tara Kirk and Jamee Evans; and great grandchildren, Arian Kirk and Preston Driver.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Beauvallier; brother, William B. Maltman; great grandchild, Olivia Belt; and parents Richard Maltman and Lavina Buck Maltman.
Graveside services will be at 2 PM, Saturday, July 14, 2018, at Salem Cemetery.
Friends may visit after 1:00 to 1:45 PM, Saturday, July 14, 2018, in the chapel of Boyd Funeral Directors and Cremation Service in Salem, KY.
