Dorothy “Dot” Hayden Neihoff, Paducah, KY passed away at 1:57 a.m. Thursday, January 11, 2018 at Baptist Health Paducah. Dot was born July 16, 1933 to the late Omer Romuald Hayden & Edith Buckman Hayden and grew up in Fancy Farm , KY where she graduated from St. Jerome High School. She was a loving wife, mother, grand- mother and great- grandmother and a homemaker. Dot was a member of St. John Catholic Church.
Surviving include her husband of 62 years, Thomas Vernon Neihoff; two daughters, Lana (Robbie) Englert, Carol (Allen) Lynn, both of Paducah, KY; two sons, Thomas (Minerva) Neihoff, Chris (Lori) Neihoff, both of Paducah, KY; one sister, Helen Lockett, Fancy Farm, KY; eight grandchildren, Casey Lynn, Dillon (Lauren) Lynn, Lauren (Tyler) Parker, Andrew Neihoff, Tyler Neihoff, Alex Neihoff( fiance’ Maria) Lindsay (Matthew) Troop, Adrianne Rasche; six great- granddaughters, Briley Lynn, Anna Lynn, Presley Parker, Berkley Parker, Georgia Troop and Emmie Troop, several neices and nephews.
Preceding in death were her parents; four sisters, Katherine Kelley, Henrietta Lorenz, Jean Walker and Emma Lou Curtsinger; three brothers, Harold “Chug” Hayden, Julian “Dude” Hayden and Charles Hayden.
Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Sunday, January 14, 2018 at St. John Catholic Church with Rev. Bruce Fogle offciating. Visitation will be held Saturday, January 13, 2018 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at the Lone Oak Chapel Milner & Orr Funeral Home with prayers to be held at 7:00 p .m. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery.
