Betty Tyler Peeler Reed

Betty Tyler Peeler Reed, 79, of Calvert City passed away 9:52 pm Friday, June, 7, 2013 at Parkview Nursing and Rehab in Paducah.

Betty was a member of Jesus Name Tabernacle Church and will always be remembered for her love of God.

Betty is survived by her husband Bro. Erby Reed; two daughters, Mary Hobbs and husband R.D. of Calvert City, Pat Pruden and husband Rick of Hickory; three sons, Pastor Raymond Connor and wife Emma of Graves County, Pastor Tommy Peeler and wife Angie of Paducah,… Pastor Johnny Peeler and wife Cindy of Paducah; two sisters, Thelma Lindsey of Paducah, Rudy Saffer of Paducah; two brothers, Earl Tyler of Texas, Gene Tyler of FL; 11 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Betty is preceded in death by her first husband, Leon Peeler; one son, James Dennis Peeler; two grandsons, Craig Peeler and Thomas Peeler Jr., and several brothers and sisters. Her parents were Ernest Bell and Jettie Mae Legate Tyler.

Funeral services will be 11:00 am Monday, June 10, 2013, at Milner & Orr Funeral home of Paducah with Pastor Tommy Peeler officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm Sunday, June, 9, 2012 at the funeral home.
