Ella Louise Millsaps, 73, of Benton, died Sunday, June 21, 2015, at Baptist Health of Paducah.
Ella was born May 1, 1942 in Detroit Michigan to William and Lucille Phelps. She was a member of the Union Ridge Baptist Church of Aurora and was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Dennis Bohannon;one daughter, Cindy Lou Bohannon;one brother Tommy Snow;four sisters, Billie Jo Brown, Patsy Salyers, Barbara Powell, Lucille Compton; two grandchildren, Shavonne Milam, Shannon Milam and one great grandchild, Silas Melton.
She is survived by her husband, David Millsaps; three daughters, Peggy Wyatt (Wayne) of Dexter, Jessica Mason (Rex) of Almo, Lucy Borders of Paducah; three brothers, Richard Phelps of Brewers, Robert Phelps (Kathy) of Benton, Roger Phelps (Jody) of Marshall County; one sister, Shirley Morris (Tommy) of Murray;seventeen grandchildren and thirty five great grandchildren.
