Jonathan “Jonny” Wallis Staton, 21, of Murray passed away on Monday, January 27, 2020 at his home in Murray.
He was born on June 30, 1998 in Nashville, TN to Caleb Staton and Whitney Parker. He graduated in 2017 from Calloway County High School.
Jonny is surviving by his mother, Whitney Parker of Murray; father, Caleb Staton of Vienna, IL; one sister, Rainy Parker of Murray; one brother, Connor Salinas of Murray; his grandparents, Max and Gail Parker of Murray; his great-grandmother, Marcile Treas of Murray; his grandmother, Janet Haney of Vienna, IL; and many loving uncles, aunts, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Donald Staton.
Memorial visitation will be held from 3:00 pm to 5:00pm on Sunday, February 2, 2020 at the pavilion beside the girl scout cabin in Murray Chestnut Park on Sharpe Street. Additional parking is available at the park on Payne Street.
