Lea Swain, age 72, of Calvert City, KY, passed away on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at Baptist Health Paducah. Mrs. Swain was of the Baptist Faith. She was a Professional Councelor/Parapshychologist and an animal rescuer.
Lea is survived by her husband, Anthony T. Swain; two daughters, Tina Perry and husband Eric of Lebanon, TN and Stephanie Taylor of Rosine, KY; two sons, Jason Swain and wife Lynn of San Diego, CA, Eric Swain and wife Torie of Climax, GA; eight grandchildren, Danielle Thomasson of Bowing Green, KY, Cody Thomasson of Smiths Grove, KY, Tia Rios of Lebanon, TN, Erica Swain of Bainbridge, GA, Ellen Swain of Norfolk, VA, Ryan Swain of Saint Joseph, MO, Alex Swain and Abby Swain both of Climax, GA; great granddaughter, Emilee Thomasson of Hartford, KY; two sisters, Charlene Baker of Paducah, KY and Anita Louise Gasper of Lowell, IN; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Delbert and Juanita Bottoms Eich.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home with Rev. Bud Russell officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the service hour of 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home.
