Lily Mae Fields

Mrs. Lily Mae Fields, age 84 of Benton, KY died on Thursday, January 3, 2019, at Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY. She was a homemaker and member of Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church. Born Monday, October 22, 1934 in Mayfield, KY, she was the daughter of the late Clayton Lyles and the late Dorothy (Cope) Lyles. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Charles Gary Fields. A Graveside Funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, January 6, 2018 at Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Benton, KY, with Bro. Jim Edwards officiating. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Benton, KY. Visitation will be held between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, January 6, 2018 at Collier Funeral Home, Benton, KY.
