Mrs. Marie Davis, age 95 died on
Saturday, January 27th, 2018 at the Calvert City Convalescent Center.
She loved the Lord with all
her heart, and was of the Baptist Faith. She was a seamstress by trade. She
loved cooking for her family and enjoyed gardening.
She was born on April 20th,
1922 in Wappapello, MO.
Surviving is her daughter
Joyce and her husband Joe Turner of Benton, KY. Granddaughters Marcy Turner and
Bobbie and her husband Donnie Hertter of Benton, KY. She also had 5 Great
Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death
by her Loving Husband of 54 years, Lloyd S. Davis, her parents and
siblings.
A funeral service will be
held Tuesday, January 30th, 2018 at 1:00pm at Collier Funeral Chapel located at
211 West 5th St., Benton, KY 42025 with Brother Joel Frizzell officiating.
Graveside Service will
follow at Barnett Cemetery, Benton, KY.
Visitation will be held
between the hours of 10:00am to 1:00pm on Tuesday, January 30th, 2018 at
Collier Funeral Home.
