Melvin "Tom" Ledgerwood, 72, of Calvert City died at 10:25 AM Saturday, February 25, 2017 at Oakview Nursing & Rehab in Calvert City.
Mr. Ledgerwood was a retired Minister, a self-employed carpenter and a member of Faith Apostolic Church in Calvert City.
He is survived by his wife, Jeannie Diana Ledgerwood of Calvert City; two daughters, Terra Dawn Butler of Clarksville, TN; Emily Jane Morris of Calvert City; three brothers, Bob Ledgerwood of Alton, MO., Virgil Ledgerwood of Birch Tree, MO., Elvin Ledgerwood of Branson, MO.; two sisters, Sadie Dodson of Eminence, MO., Wanita Gall of Morton, Washington; four grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lewis Urial Ledgerwood and Omie Lee (Wright) Ledgerwood; 4 brothers and 2 sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, February 27, 2017 at Faith Apostolic Church in Calvert City with Rev. Forrest Goodman officiating. Burial will follow at Marshall County Memory Gardens in Benton.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Monday at the church.
