Miss. Abigail Renee Nelson, age 2 of Benton, KY passed away Friday, May 15, 2015, at the Marshall Co. Hospital E. R. in Benton, KY.
Born Thursday, July 12, 2012 in Paducah, KY, she was the daughter of Kyle Nelson and Tessica (Brandon) Nelson of Benton, KY.
Surviving are two brothers, Steven Nelson of Benton, KY and Ethan Nelson of Benton, KY, two sisters, Brooklyn Sumner of Hickman, KY and Kylee Sumner of Hickman, KY, grandfather, Kevin Brandon of Benton, KY, grandfather, Steve Nelson of Benton, KY, great-grandfather, Jakie Holt, wife Maria of Benton, KY; uncles, Danny Holt of Benton, KY and Kevin Holt of Gilbertsville, KY.
Abigail was preceded in death by her great grandmother, Joyce Holt, grandmother, Renee Nelson.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at the Bethel Cemetery, Gilbertsville, KY. Rev. Danny Holt and Rev. Charles LaChance will officiate. Interment will follow the service in the Bethel Cemetery, Gilbertsville, KY.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, May 18, 2015, at Collier Funeral Home, 211 West 5th, Benton, KY.
