Mr.Terry Wright, age 68 of Murray, KY, passed away Tuesday, July 10, 2018, at his home. He was a former custodian for Murray-Calloway County Hospital and attended First Assembly of God in Mayfield, KY.
Born Tuesday, January 24, 1950 in Paducah, KY, he was the son of the late Daniel Wright and the late Erma (Clark) Callahan.
Surviving are his son, Phillip Sean Wright of Mayfield, KY, daughter, Kacey Dawn Alton, husband Chris of Peabody, MA, step-father, Charles Callahan, wife Linda of Hardin, KY, sisters, Sandra Jones, husband Terry of Aurora, KY, Linda Pogue of Benton, KY, Cheryl Channell, husband Jim of Mayfield, KY, Shelia Oliver, husband Jeff of Mayfield, KY, 4 grandchildren, and his special friend, Joyce Rushing of Murray, KY, a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Ronnie Wright, and sister, Jackie Craft.
A Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, July 13, 2018 at Collier Funeral Chapel located at 211 West 5th St. Benton, KY 42025 with Rev. Bryant Kerns officiating.
Interment will follow in Union Ridge Cemetery, Benton, KY.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Friday, July 13, 2018, at Collier Funeral Home, 211 West 5th, Benton, KY.
