Bernie Lee Talley, 68, of Centerville, TN, formerly of Wickliffe, KY, passed away at 5:13 pm on Friday, November 17, 2017 at Lourdes Hospital.
Bernie was a charismatic man with a love for the outdoors and being “Papa” to his grandkids. He was very outgoing and everyone that knew him, loved him. He was a graduate of Ballard Memorial High School and Murray State University where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry. He was Vice President of sales and marketing for PD-RX Pharmaceuticals.
He is survived by his wife of 15 years, Susan Gayle Talley; two sons, Brian Lee Talley and wife Amanda of Smyrna, GA and A.J. Flores and fiancé Melissa of LaFayette, TN; three daughters, Jennifer Plocinski and husband Jon of Racine, WI, Anna Voelz and husband Kevin of Estes Park, CO, and Tiffany Pifer of Chicago, IL; four brothers, Ronald Eugene Talley and wife Connie of Sheridan, IL, Stanley Joe Talley and wife Kaye of Gage, KY, Gary Ray Talley and wife Alma of Wickliffe, KY, and Roy Dan Talley and wife Lora of Lovelaceville, KY; one sister, Mary Jane Dunn of Fullerton, CA; six grandchildren, Matthew and Gabriella Voelz, Zoey Plocinski, Tallulah and Paisleigh Talley, and Greta Kreuzer.
Bernie is preceded in death by his parents, John Bernard and Jaunita Margarete Marrs Talley and one sister, Anita Marie Talley.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Dee Hazelwood officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mary Catholic Church Cemetery at LaCenter.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
