Billy Ray Reed age 80, died Friday, August 28, 2015 at 4:41 p.m. at Lourdes Hospital. He was a member of Lone Oak First Baptist Church. He was a veteran of U.S. Army and retired building contractor.
Survivors include wife of 55 years, Sylvia Rogers Reed, one daughter, Missy Reed, Hickory, KY; one son Jeff Reed, Symsonia, KY; one brother Harold Reed, Paducah, KY; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild, several nieces and nephews.
Preceding in death were parents, Pete & Minnie Taft Barker Reed.
Memorial services will be held Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Lone Oak First Baptist Church with Dr. Dan Summerlin officiating. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until service time of 1:00 p.m. at the church.
