Carl Michael Walker, 69, of Paducah passed away Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at Baptist Health in Paducah.
Mike was born on December 31, 1948 in Paducah, KY. He graduated from Reidland High School. He was a member of Oaklawn Baptist Church in Paducah. Mike served in the U.S. Army and fought in the Vietnam War.
Mike retired from the I.C. Railroad as an Electrical Supervisor. In his last years, he loved to play pool and was an accomplished player.
Mike is survived by a step-daughter, Heather Walker; a brother, Thomas H. Walker; a sister, Nancy Walker Ruoff and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Walker; his mother, Lucille Walker; his father, Thomas E. Walker; and his sister, Mary Ann Walker Langston.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Hughes Funeral Home in Paducah.
There will be a private family service held at a later date.
