David Neil Koons, 72, of Marion, KY died at 3:55 AM Monday, January 16, 2017 at Baptist Health Paducah.
Mr. Koons was retired from Enola Railroad in Enola, PA and a self-employed carpenter. He was Veteran of the Navy and of the Christian faith.
He is survived by one daughter, Lisa Lilly of Shermansdale, PA; one grandchild, Ashley Lilly; one great grandchild, Keela Brianna Grace Baer; three nieces; and four nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert B. and Helen (Rutledge) Koons; two sisters; and one brother.
Memorial services will be held at a later date at Chestnut Grove Cemetery in Marysville, PA.
Hughes Funeral Home of Paducah is in charge of arrangements.
