Genella Hutson Nesbitt

Mrs. Genella Hutson Nesbitt, age 90, of Murray, KY died at 4:05pm Thursday at Spring Creek Health Care. She was born March 5, 1922 in Buchanan, TN to the late Conrad & Ethel (Houge) Hutson. She was a member of Masons Chapel United Methodist Church and a homemaker.

She was married on Sept. 23, 1939 to Thomas Nesbitt and he preceded her in death on Sept. 9, 1998. Her son; James Thomas Nesbitt, one sister; Velda Warren and one brother; Clifton Hutson also preceded her in death.

Mrs. Nesbitt is survived by two sons; Charles Nesbitt (Janice), of Murray, KY and John Paul Nesbitt (Trisha), of Franklin, TN, five grandchildren; Missy Dunlap, Lesia Holder, Amy Hooks, Christie Nesbitt and Emily Nesbitt, nine great grandchildren, one step grandchild and one step great grandchild.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Sunday at BLALOCK-COLEMAN & YORK FUNERAL HOME with Rev. Glenn Hill officiating. Burial will follow in New Providence Cemetery. Fr iends may visit from 5:00pm until 8:00pm Saturday at BLALOCK-COLEMAN & YORK FUNERAL HOME.
