James B. Pearson, 68, of Boaz, passed away at 6:45 am on Sunday, January, 27, 2019 at his residence.
James was born on August 28, 1950, in Graves County, Kentucky. He was of the Christian faith and worked as a Millwright with the Millwright’s Local No. 1076.
He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Michelle S. Priddy Pearson; one son, Brian Waynick of Paducah; two daughters, Christina Waynick-Hatton and husband Steven of Calvert City, Melissa Pearson-Dowell and husband David of Paducah; six granchildren, Tyler Ashley, Krysten Speer, Kyle Speer, Austin Dowell, Corey Hatton and Austin Hatton; one great–grandchild, Riley Carpenter; two brothers, Jerry Lee of Boaz and Ronald Pearson of Benton; several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Hubert Owen and Lexie B. Waggnor Pearson; one brother, Larry Pearson and one son, James Allen “Shane” Pearson.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, February 1, 2019, at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home and Cremation Service with Chaplain Paul Sesock officiating. Burial will be held at a later date.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, January 31, 2019 at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home.
