Joey Gamble, 58, of Symsonia, Kentucky passed away at 8:21 p.m. Sunday, October 23, 2016 at Lourdes Hospital. He was a native of Graves County, Kentucky. Joey was retired Tire Builder from General Tire and trained horses. He graduated from Symsonia High School Class of 1976. Joey is a member of the American Quarter Horses Association and the National Pole Bending Association and was of the Protestant faith.
Joey is survived by his wife of 35 years, Lisa Gail Watkins Gamble of Symsonia, Kentucky; mother, Freida McManus Gamble of Symsonia, Kentucky; brothers, Rodney Gamble and wife Danette and Tim Gamble and wife Tina all of Symsonia, Kentucky; mother in law and father in law, Billy and Peggy Watkins of Symsonia, Kentucky; nieces and nephews, Lea Ann Stahr and husband Kevin, Andrew Perkins and wife Cate, Liz Walker and husband Logan, Trevor Gamble and wife Amber, Taylor Jones and husband Travis, Megan Hopkins and husband Kyle, Jamiee Gamble and Lindsey Gamble; great nieces and nephews, Lane Watkins Stahr, Madison Walker, Bryson Walker, Kallee Gamble, Hayden Gamble and Mason Hopkins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Elwood Gamble.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, October 27, 2016 at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Jeff Collins officiating. Burial will follow at the Symsonia Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
