John Howard Garner, 75, of Reidland, died Friday morning, May 27th, 2016 at the Ray and Kay Eckstein Hospice Center of Paducah.
John was a retired electrical engineer in the construction industry. He was also a US Navy veteran in the submarine service during the Cuban crisis.
John is survived by his wife of 55 years, Glynith Garner of Reidland; one son, Larry John Garner of Brandenburg, Ky.; four grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Marie Edmondson Garner; one daughter, Nikki Chapman; and one sister.
