Mr. Keith E. Poindexter, 84, of Rosiclare IL, passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at Hardin County General Hospital in IL.
Mr. Poindexter retired from the flourspar industry as an operator. He was a veteran having served his country in the 101st Airborne, United States Army.
He is survived by sons, Danny Poindexter and Stoney Poindexter both of Rosiclare IL; and granddaughter Andrea Poindexter of Charleston SC.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Marion C. Poindexter; parents, Courtney James and Monena Chandler Poindexter; and brothers, Kelsey, Dennis and Arnold Poindexter.
Funeral Services are scheduled for Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Boyd Funeral Directors and Cremation Services. Burial will follow in Salem Cemetery.
Friends may call for visitation on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 from 4 to 7 PM at Boyd Funeral Directors and Cremation Services in Salem KY.
