Kent Barrett Staples, "Pup", born June 16, 1974 in Wichita Falls, Texas and passed away August 9, 2019.
Kent was preceded in death by his son, Keaten Burch.
He is survived by 5 children: Kealey Staples, Dakota Edwards, Kade Staples, Kendra Staples and Kamrin Seacat; 5 grandchildren: Maylee, Kensley, Corben, Willow and Addi; Mother Cathy Staples; Father Alan Staples (Debbie); Grandmother "Nannie" Billie Jean Gardner; Siblings Kelly Staples, (Tracy) Ellie Egner (Lynn) and Keith Staples (Elyshia).
Kent was a sweet child who kept his parents on their toes. This was in great part to the many shenanigans his older brother Kelly put him up to. Kent grew into a man that was loved deeply by many. He had an enthusiastic and outgoing personality, leaving behind many special memories with his family and friends.

Services will be from 2-4 p.m., Saturday, August 17 at Heartland Worship Center sanctuary. Rev. Randy Hines officiating.
