Linda Ann Cook, 57, of Cunningham passed away at Lourdes Hospital at 10:54 am March 12. She was a member of Assembly of God Church in Arlington.
She is survived by her daughters, Lori Rutledge of Paducah, Jamie Lynne Cook Tackett of Paintsville, Gina Lynne Cook Figley of Cunningham, and Shelby Lynn Sherwood of Cunningham; her sons, Donny Cook, Jr. and Jacob Allan Sherwood of Cunningham; five grandchildren.
She was preceded by her parents, William Lawrence and Alberta Fern (Hayes) Clark.
Services will be held at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Bardwell at 2:00 pm Saturday with Revs Glenn Rushing and Jim Dunn officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 11:00 am Saturday.
