Louis C. Long, 84, of Paducah, died at 7:45 a.m. on Tuesday at Morningside Assisted Living of Paducah. Mr. Long was a member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, retired from the service department with Wilson Chevrolet , a 1946 graduate of St. Mary High School and was a U.S. Army Veteran

Mr. Long is survived by a sister, Martha Midyett of Paducah, KY and two nieces. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Cole Long; two sisters and one brother. His parents were Luther and Mary Long.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church with Rev. Brian Roby officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Friday at Milner and Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
