Luke Meadors, age 72, of Paducah, passed away on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at the Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center at Lourdes Hospital.
Luke was retired from TVA Shawnee Power Plant. He was an Air Force Veteran during the Vietnam era. He was a member of Lone Oak First Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Marcia Perry Meadors; one son, Kyle Meadors and wife, Shannon of Nashville, TN; one daughter, Jennifer Meadors Hagerman and husband, Wes of Lexington, KY. He is also survived by two sisters, Jane Koby of Cleveland, OH and Mary Jett of Paducah; two brothers, James Meadors of Monkey’s Eyebrow and John Meadors of Cecelia, KY. He leaves behind six grandchildren; Jacob and Ava Lauren Meadors, Noah, Lucy, Owen, and Sam Hagerman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Preceding in death were his parents, Rev. Harry Meadors and Hazel Webb Meadors, and one brother, Paul David Meadors.
Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah. Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until the funeral hour. Burial will follow at Mount Kenton Cemetery.
