Oliver Reineke, 69, of Paducah, Ky and formerly of Penescola, Fl, and native of Holstein, IA, died Saturday, March 30, 2013 at his residence. He was a retired Building Inspector for the city of Penescola. He was a twenty-two year veteran of U.S. Navy.
Survivors include wife, Mercedes Ortiz Chavez Reineke, one daughter, Anna Martz of Paducah; one son, John Reineke of Norcross, GA; two sisters, Patricia Huebner of Iowa and Mary Ann Reineke of Rock Island, IL , three brothers, Lloyd Reineke, Stephen Reineke, Junior Reineke all of Iowa, three grand- children, several nieces and nephews.
Preceding in death were parents, Lester Fritz Herman Reineke & Mildred Kathleen Kroll Reineke and one brother, Wendell Reineke.
Services will be held Friday, April 5, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Lone Oak Chapel Milner & Orr Funeral Home with Rev. Wayne Carter officiating. Military rites will be conducted at the funeral home. Visitation will begin after 9:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Kentucky Veteran Cemetery West in Hopkinsville, KY at 2:00 p.m..
