Phyllis Jane Crenshaw, 60, of West Paducah passed away Saturday, August 29, 2015 at Baptist Health Paducah.
Mrs. Crenshaw loved quilting, gardening, and horseback riding.
She is survived by her husband, Johnny Crenshaw of West Paducah; one daughter, DeeAnna Johnson Owen of Paducah; one son, Jody Crenshaw of West Paducah; one brother, Mike Fulcher of Wilmington, NC; two grandchildren, Keaton Johnson and Jolee Crenshaw; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Bertha Dike Fulcher; and one sister, Linda Kay Fulcher.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at 1:00PM at Lindsey Funeral Home with Bro. Billy Weaver and Bro. Dale Crabtree officiating. Burial will follow at Palestine Cemetery.
Visitation will be Monday, August 31, 2015 from 5:00 to 8:00PM at the funeral home.
