Mr. Samuel S. Criswell, age 72 of Benton, KY passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2016, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville, KY. Born Friday, July 30, 1943, he was a retired Branch Manager for Coca-Cola.
Mr. Criswell is survived by his wife Donna (Smith) Criswell of Benton, KY, son, Samuel Gene Criswell and his wife Annette of Benton, KY, daughters, Kathy Ann Thurston and her husband Randy of Melber, KY and Toni Maria Criswell and her fiancé Jason of Paducah, KY, grandchildren, Caleb Thurston, Nathan Phipps, Justin Phipps, T.J. McGuffey and Ashley Doyle and two great-grandchildren, Logan Doyle and Ellee Alonso.
Mr. Criswell was preceded in death by his brother, Stanley Criswell, and sister, Eloise Gaines. His parents were the late Sterling Criswell and Lillis (Harp) Criswell.
Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday May 5, 2016 in the chapel of Collier Funeral Home.
Visitation will be held between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Thursday May 5, 2016 at Collier Funeral Home, 211 W 5th Street, Benton, KY.
